Quoted by Reuters on Tuesday (23/10), based on information from a high-ranking Saudi Arabian source who had intelligence access to members of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qahtani was connected to a room in the Saudi consulate via Skype.

Qahtani began throwing insults at Khashoggi. According to sources from Saudi Arabia and Turkey, Khashoggi also returned taunts from Qahtani.


Turkish intelligence sources said at one point, Qahtani told his men to finish off Khashoggi.

"Bring me the dog's head", said Qahtani giving instructions to his men, based on Turkish intelligence sources.

It is still unclear whether Qahtani watched the murder process or not. A source from Saudi Arabia said the killing operation was reckless and reckless.

According to sources, audio proof of Skype Qahtani is held by Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan. The Turkish side said Erdogan was reluctant to hand over evidence to US authorities.
